Did you know your house can make you sick? I never realized how important fresh air was until I noticed everytime I visted someone I would get SICK.  I thought it was a cold I was catching from the weather change (since I was traveling from Florida to NY) , but it turns out I am allergic to mold. I was diagnosed and then when I went back to their house I saw in the shower vents they were full of MOLD and lint.

Unfortunately,  in many homes, especially apartment buildings there is only so much you can do. However,  there are some tricks  you can implement to clear the air in your home. I found a cool article to share with you all…so you can take a nice deep breath of fresh air in your home!
